Q: Do we accept credit cards? 
A: Yes we accept credit and debit cards as well as cash

Q: Do we do online ticketing? 
A: Not at this time

Q: What is the youngest age allowed? 
A: We will allow 10 under if the parents think they can handle the intensity.

Q: Can we buy tickets in advance? 
A: Limited reserve tickets may be purchased starting at 5pm the Monday prior to event weekend by calling 417-667-4993. This reserves admission time and eliminates waits. These are non refundable.

Q: Once you buy a ticket can you use it to go through the haunt again?
A:  NO. A new ticket will be required each time you want to enter the attraction.

Q: If I buy a ticket and change my mind can I get a refund or use it another night? 
A: NO. No refunds will be given after you have purchased a ticket and must be used that night.

Q: Can I leave the haunted house and re-enter? 
A: NO. Once you have purchased your ticket you may not leave and re-enter unless you purchase another ticket.

Q: Is there a way to avoid standing in line? 
A: Get here early or you can purchase an Instant Entry.!

Q: Are there public restrooms available?
A: Outdoor porta-potties are available.

Q: Will the actors touch us? 
A: You will not be grabbed, but incidental contact with actors or props can occur.

Q: Are you allowed to touch props or actors? 
A: NO! Let me repeat that NO. You are not allowed to touch actors or props while going through our attraction.

Q: Are cameras or lights allowed in the attraction? 
A: NO. No cameras or use of portable recording devices including cell phone cameras, flash lights are not allowed to be use inside the haunt. If you are caught doing so you will be asked to leave without refund.

Q: Are you allowed to bring food or drink into the attraction? 
A: NO. No food or drinks are allowed into the haunt. 

Q: Do you serve alcoholic beverages?
A: No.

Q: Is there security at the attraction? 
A: YES.

Q: Are there security cameras in use? 
A: Yes. From the time you enter cameras will be recording footage throughout the attraction.

Q: Are pets allowed? 
A: NO

Q: I have a large group of people that want to come, can we all go in at once? 
A: Groups will be divided up into no more than 4 people at a time. This allows spacing between customers for a more enjoyable experience. Groups of 12+ people you may want to call in advance and possibly arrange a scheduled time to come to the attraction.

Q: Will there be strobe lights, fog machines, or loud noise makers, and risk of getting wet? 
A: Yes to ALL. There are strobe lights through much of the attraction as well as fog machines and use of loud noise makers and sound effects and water effects. 

Q: Is it going to be dark inside the haunted house? 
A: Yes. The attraction is very dim lit but stairs are lighted for your safety.

Q: Can I be thrown out of the haunted house or not allowed entry?
A: YES. We want everyone to have a fun and safe experience while visiting so we do not allow foul language, pushing, vulgar behavior, weapons of any kind, alcohol, etc. We have a list of rules just like anyone else that must be adhered to for your own safety.

Q: How long does it take to go through the haunted house? 
A: Who said you would get out!
